NEWSLETER May 2008 National Neighbourhood Watch week takes place during the week commencing 16th June, 2008. The Management Group is looking for a city centre venue where Neighbourhood Watch can be promoted. Any ideas would be welcome. Smart Water – a revolutionary system of property marking using a DNA type structure – is coming to More Committee members – The management group for the city is looking to take on more committee members. If you think you could spare approx. 1½ to 2 hours a month please get in touch. Our meetings are held at the Guildhall generally on a Monday evening and tea and coffee is provided. Raising the profile of Neighbourhood Watch The Management Group have arranged to have a stand at the Guildhall between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. on the 30th May 2008 as part of the Volunteers week event being held there. We are also taking a stand to the Community Safety Day on the 28th June 2008 at Pitchcroft. This event is being put on by The next AGM will be in October so do be ready to come along.
